1. Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing time may be longer.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across India, subject to courier service availability.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 7 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 4 to 10 business days
- Remote Areas: Additional time may apply
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, operational issues, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values at our discretion.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
An additional ₹80 COD handling and delivery charge applies to COD orders.
If a COD order is confirmed and dispatched, the ₹80 COD charge is non-refundable, even if the order is refused, unavailable for delivery, returned undelivered, or cancelled after shipment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or available on the website, where applicable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To request cancellation, please contact us as early as possible.
7. Returns Policy
We aim to deliver products in excellent condition.
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item received
- Missing item in package
- Product received in defective condition
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging where applicable.
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by customer (unless specifically allowed)
- Used or damaged-after-delivery items
- Requests made after the allowed reporting period
8. Refund Policy
Once a return request is approved and the product is received/verified, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refund timelines may vary:
- Online prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
- COD orders: Refund via bank transfer, UPI, or approved method after verification
Any COD handling/delivery charge of ₹80 is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
9. Non-Deliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to cancel future COD eligibility.
